In what currency are the prices and transactions conducted on this site?

The Nu Image website is based in New Zealand and thus all prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars.
 

Does Nu Image have a warranty and/or a guarantee?

Yes, most products for a minimum of 36 months. (Fair, wear and tear excluded)
 

Do you only do furniture?

No, we can arrange for conception to completion, ie. carpets, drapes etc.
 

Can we trial accessories and/or chairs?

Yes, we will let you trial accessories and/or chairs for 1-2 weeks.
 

Do you do free quotes?

Yes.
 

What is your lead time for furniture, ie. desking?

2-3 weeks approx 10-15 working days.
 

Do you have a sample of specific product on the floor for me to see?

Yes we do have most items on display, or if not exactly the same thing, similar.
 

Do you sell direct to the public?

Yes.
 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, we DO NOT accept EFTPOS and Amex cards.
 

Are you open Saturdays?

Yes, from 10:00am - 1:00pm
 

Do the chairs come in a range of different fabrics and colours and does this alter the price of the chairs?

Yes, we have a huge variety of commercial grade fabrics, vinyls and leathers.  Prices vary depending on the quality of fabric chosen.
 

Do you make office home visits?

Yes and at no cost to the client.
 

Do you sell ergonomic accessories?

Yes, we also offer free trials.
 

Do you sell home office/computer furniture?

Yes.
 

Are you able to provide an office layout design service?

Yes.
 

What is the standard size of an adjustable height keyboard?

750mm x 300mm which will accommodate an ergonomic keyboard.
 

What ranges of workstations do you have?

We can make to size in Melteca, Timber Veneer, High Pressure Laminate or Solid Timber.  Many different ranges of edge clashings are also available.
 

Do you think this chair is ergonomic. Would it suit me?

In the showroom we can demonstrate the functions of the chairs and find what best suits you.  For example some chairs have 7 different seat sizes.
 

Have you got car parking?

Yes, undercover and in event they are full tell us and we will reimburse car parking meter money which are plentiful and handy.
 

What finishes can we have?

There are many, however we usually work in Melteca, Timber Veneer, High Pressure Laminate or Solid Timber.  Many different ranges of edge clashings are also available.
 

What is the price difference between Veneer and Melteca?

Veneer is about 40% to 60% more expensive, depends on board.
 

What colours and edge finishes can we have?

There is a large colour range we can show you colour samples.
 

When can we expect delivery of our order?

2 - 3 weeks.
 

Can we draw the proposed furniture and fax you a picture of the workstation etc?

Yes.
